Each of us had to have our photo taken and put on file to receive a Sail & Sign card. To keep the queues short you had to come in your 30min time slot. We could check-in between 12:30-1pm. It only took 20 or so miniutes including bag drop-off sail & sign customs, tax refund, and hand baggage check.
